Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing into the original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags remain securely attached.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, fix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
